    Tour Description

Embark on an extraordinary one-day adventure with our Mount Olympus Conquest Tour, where you’ll ascend to the summit in just a few hours, experiencing the mountain’s majestic beauty firsthand.

The “usual” way of climbing Mount Olympus is to start hiking from the east side of the mountain. If you are however “on a tight schedule” and want to experience an amazing one-day adventure, our Mount Olympus Conquest Tour takes you all the way to the summit within the day! Are you up for it?

We will pick you up with our 4×4 vehicle and drive up to Christakis refuge. The first 20 kilometers are along a paved road, followed by 22 kilometers of dirt road (approximately a 1-hour drive) that will bring us to the mountain hut at an altitude of 2,430 meters. Upon reaching the hut, we will continue on foot along the E4 European Trail for roughly 60 to 70 minutes. Our path will take us across the peak of Skolio (2,912 meters), before reaching Skala, where the most challenging part of the hike begins. From there, we will ascend to Kakoskala, navigating the rugged terrain until we reach the summit of Mytikas at 2,918 meters. The duration of this section of the hike will depend on the size, experience, and fitness level of the group, and may range from 2 to 4 hours.

This tour offers the perfect balance for those who wish to experience the beauty of Mount Olympus without the full summit climb. Join us on this alternative route and enjoy a majestic hiking experience that showcases the legendary grandeur of this iconic mountain.

For those interested in a slightly less demanding challenge, we also offer the option to summit Skolio (2,912 meters), the second-highest peak in Greece.  The total duration of this thrilling  journey depends on the number -and of course the experience of the participants and may last between 8-10 hours (including transfers).
